Return / Refund Policy

At Crest Couture, each garment is made with care and attention to detail.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Custom or personalized items
• Incorrect size selection by the customer

For plain (non-custom) items, returns may be accepted if:

• The item is unused and in original condition
• The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection and approval.
Please note:

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase
• Once production has started, changes or cancellations are not possible
